I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and am licensed in both Vermont and Indiana. I see therapy as an opportunity to help people become more connected to themselves, so they can connect more authentically to others. My goal is to meet people where they are and create a safe space of openness, trust and respect where diverse attitudes, beliefs, values, and behaviors can be freely explored and discussed. I am deeply committed to promoting an environment that affirms the dignity, worth and value of all individuals. I strive to create an atmosphere of respect and appreciation for the race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, ancestry, physical/mental ability, sexual orientation, size and appearance, marital status, parental status, gender identity, gender expression and socioeconomic status of all persons. **Please Note: Telehealth Sessions Only Beginning July 2026** Due to an upcoming relocation, I will be transitioning to a fully virtual practice effective July 2026. All sessions will be conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Please note: Because licensure is state-regulated, I am legally and ethically able to provide therapy only to clients who are physically located in Indiana or Vermont at the time of our session.
